ADAM LOCKWOOD
PODCAST PRODUCER
& AUDIO ENGINEER
The inherent thread of all art is storytelling. Stories have the ability to do just about anything—forge connections with others, enrich our understanding of the world, teach lessons that help us live life better, or give form to something we feel deeply.
As a podcast professional, I love that I get to help others tell their stories and build a community around their content. I use my background in music and audio engineering to craft a great listener experience.
And, as an avid podcast consumer, I understand the culture and commonality a podcast can create, whether it be with a bunch of sports nuts, history buffs, or seasoned professionals.
PORTFOLIO
AUDIO ENGINEER
A great podcast has its own voice, rhythm, and means of connection. I provide more than just sharp audio –– I shape conversations with clarity and intention to refine pacing, cut through unnecessary tangents, and help the strongest moments stand out.
The samples below show my work with Jay Clouse of Creator Science, a platform that reaches over 65,000 creators, and with Ryan Hawk of The Learning Leader Show, a Top-50 show in Apple Podcasts.

PODCAST PRODUCER
As a podcast producer, I focus on shepherding an idea from rough concept to finished episode. This may include shaping story direction, managing production workflows, guiding creative teams, solving problems behind the scenes, or helping hosts refine their voice and message. I keep the process moving forward while making sure the final product feels focused and true to the people behind it.
I have been honored to be a producer on For the Innocent, where I help tell the stories of exonerees in collaboration with The Innocence Center.

I am also the producer of Lunch Hour Legal Marketing, a niche B2B podcast with a fantastic community of listeners in the legal business space.
SOUND DESIGN
& COMPOSITION
One of my favorite projects was Make No Law, the First Amendment podcast. In addition to engineering the audio, I wrote the theme music and did the scoring and sound design for every episode.

VIDEO PRODUCER
The podcast industry is ever-changing, and I have embraced the video-first mindset, producing both long-form videos and social media shorts. I help identify the moments most worth sharing, whether it be a compelling insight, a strong emotional beat, or a conversation that naturally sparks engagement and brings new listeners.
